Assistance with Personal Activities
We believe that care is a basic human right and our caregivers and support staff are dedicated to the protection of yours or your loved one’s dignity. Assistance with Daily Living (Support Category 1.01 in an Disability Care plan) covers Assistance with daily personal activities such as personal hygiene activities, or supervision of personal daily tasks; which support a participant to live as independently as possible at home, and in the community.
Personal care supports may be required across a variety of settings. For example, a participant living alone in their own home, living with family or other people, when undertaking social, recreational, education or employment activities or during holidays away from home.
Our personal care supports are flexible and customised to your own needs, goals and outcomes. We not only help you with your daily personal activities, but we also help you develop these skills yourself.
